Cartoons on the Anglo-Boer War An interesting collection of cartoons on the Anglo-Boer War (1899 - 1902) is on permanent display in the conservatory in Melrose House. These cartoons are reproductions from various British, South African and European newspapers and magazines from the turn of the 19th century.
